Founder & Managing Director
Cut her in half and it will say DML! Having worked both agency and supplier side for over 15 years, Sarah has led the strategic partnerships and client services function for the last 9 years. Alongside her fantastic team, Sarah is proud to be responsible for the strategic direction of the business, our enviable client portfolio, and a number of product developments.
Markus
Director of IT and Compliance
A strong and effective leader in technology who has made a difference for many organisations he has helped over the past two decades. Markus shapes the technology evolution of DML. Data and technology are second nature to him, and as such he is a strong proponent of technology and smart data used ethically to enrich peoples' lives.
Natasha
Finance & HR Manager
Natasha has 10 years of HR operational experience within Forte Hotels and Hilton Group head office. She has also worked within various sectors gaining experience in Recruitment Management, Health and Safety, Business Administration, GDPR and bookkeeping. A great asset to DML and thrives on the team's combined energy and a desire to achieve goals.
Clare
Head of New Business
Clare has over 20 years of experience in the Direct Marketing industry having worked both agency and publisher sides. She brings a wealth of experience and also supports clients with their international data broking requirements. Clare is responsible for expanding DML’s current client portfolio and growth projections as well as overseeing a growing sales and account management team.
Georgina
Sales & Account Manager
Having joined the team in 2019, Georgina (AKA George) has gone from strength to strength and has recently progressed her role within the company working both sales and account management side. Her can-do attitude and determination have seen a number of recent client wins for DML and we look forward to seeing her grow her role even further.
Debbie
Credit Controller
Having worked for over 48 years in credit control and debt recovery we (finally!) managed to get Debbie on board at DML. Most of her career was spent working for the Sheriff’s Officer, solicitors and a marketing agency. Debbie joined DML in 2020 and is a valid asset to the team and great support to the finance team.
Michael
Data Analyst
Michael supports the IT Director assisting in project management and database build. The sales team relies on Michael for data integration and data output, often working to tight deadlines, Michael is GDPR trained and assists the compliance team and DPO. In his free time, he is a semi-professional footballer.
